This notice explains what personal data NexusLMD collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you use the request form, we collect your name, business email address, company, and the message you write. You may optionally give your job role and manufacturing industry. We also record the time you started the form and the page you sent it from, to help prevent automated submissions. We do not collect data for advertising, and this website does not use tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use the details you send only to respond to your request and to arrange a conversation or demonstration. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

How we protect it

Requests are validated on our servers and stored in a database that is not publicly reachable. We keep only a salted hash of your network address, used to limit repeated submissions. We do not log the content of your message.

How long we keep it

We keep request records only while they are needed to respond to you and to keep a record of our business communications, and we delete them when no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop contacting you. Send your request to the business email address you used in the form, and we will respond.
